We have taken into account your opinions provide a better service to all our customers. As you correctly say, we don't have a direct interior access to the swimming pool but we do have an access from the hotel reception. We believe this is safer for our clients and a way to control all people that enter the hotel. We are very sorry that menu has not been of your liking.
