Das Hotel ist eigentlich sehr schön, super Lage. Kein Fluglärm trotz Flughafennähe. Die Mitversorgung der Gäste aus dem Nachbarhotel führte leider zu erheblichen Einschränkungen. Das allerbeste und das hat den Urlaub richtig toll gemacht: Das Animationsteam!!!! Pink wave ihr seid unbezahlbar.

Zimmer

Eher gut

Sauberkeit war eine Katastrophe, schlecht gereinigt. Wir hatten im Bad Müll vom Vorgänger, der nach 2 Wochen immer noch da lag. Zustand des Zimmes: Zustand ist gut. Schön eingerichtet und funktional.

Aus den gleichen Gründen leider nicht so wie versprochen und auch alte Bilder gezeigt haben. Geschmacklich war alles sehr gut, jedoch merkte man der Qualität der Speisen an, dass es günstig einkauft wurde. Wenig Abwechslung, wenig hochwertige Speisen

Alle sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Leider komplett überfordert aufgrund der Doppelbelastung beider Hotelgäste, aber das liegt ja nicht am Personal.

I personally regret that we couldn’t meet your and expectations at a hundred percent during your stay, however our intention is not only to satisfy all our guests’ expectations but we would like to exceed them.
