Dear Patric , We would like to thank you for spending your holiday with us and for your review on Holiday check. We regret to read that you haven’t enjoyed all the aspects of your holidays with us. The pandemic has created unfortunately a new reality, which has affected our procedures and services. As a simple example we’d like to mention that we had to install fewer umbrellas at the beach and pool areas this summer, as we should follow the Government’s guidelines for keeping specific distances between them. However We took into serious consideration all your thoughts and comments during your stay as our goal is the continuously improvement of our services We wish you all the best and hope you will change your mind and decide to visit us again in the future, so we are able to offer you our truly hospitality but without restrictions .
