We truly appreciate your feedback as it is comments from our valued guests that enable us to improve our services and facilities. I personally regret that we couldn’t meet your expectations at a hundred percent during your stay regarding the room but mostly the Cleanliness however our intention is not only to satisfy all our guests’ expectations but we would like to exceed them. I apologize for any inconvenience that occurred during your stay and We take into serious consideration all your thoughts and comments as our goal is the continuously improvement of our services . Once again i would like to point out that due to Covid restrictions we were not able to provide the full length of our services .While we realize this may sound like an easy excuse it is more than certain that the pandemic brought a new reality upon us which majorly affected our procedures and servicesa and ofcourse and the rooms cleaning (every two days ) We very much hope that despite the issue encountered, you still had an enjoyable stay with us .We very much hope to have the pleasure to welcome you back at the Atlantica Carda Beach in order to totally satisfy you next time.
