An der Anlegestelle wird man vom Reiseleiter und Personal sehr herzlich empfangen. In der Lobby erhielten wir zum Empfang einen Fruchtsaftcocktail und feuchte, heiße Tücher zum Erfrischen. Der Reiseleiter gab eine kurze Einweisung/Info und begleitete uns anschließend zum Bungalow. Die Koffer wurden uns kurz darauf gebracht. Das kostenlose WLAN funktioniert hervorragend!

Am 2 .Tag erhalten die Gäste einen Fragebogen über Wünsche oder Kritik, was nach Möglichkeit sofort erfüllt bzw. behoben wird. Das Personal reagiert sehr freundlich und verbindlich auf Wünsche/Fragen und nimmt diese sehr ernst. Es wird alles getan, dass sich die Gäste sehr wohl fühlen.

Der Strand wurde jeden Morgen gesäubert und es stehen überall Mülleimer zur Verfügung. Ein schöner, weißer Sandstrandtrand.
