Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit einigen Schwächen. Sauberer Gesamteindruck. Getränkeversorgung eher schlecht. Essen ok. Liegen am Pool und am Strand waren fast vollständig schon um halb Acht reserviert.
Guter Standard. Hin und wieder etwas Gestank im Bad aus dem Abfluss
Ok.
Alle Mitarbeiter freundlich. Sauber und Ordentlich. Völlig inakzeptabel die Wegwerfplastikbecher für Getränke tagsüber an den Bars. Da gibt es bessere Lösungen. Eine Unmenge Müll. Zudem gab es an der Bar am Strand nur Bier und alkoholfreie Getränke. Für alles andere musste man den Weg zur Bar am Pool antreten.

Dear Sir Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We hope that you enjoyed your vacation. Kindly note that for the safety of our guests we cannot use glass cups around the pools or the beach. We would like to draw your kind attention that RIhana has 3 swimming pools and lagoon beach. and there are plenty of chaise lounge and umbrellas on each area. We inform the guests that it is not allowed to reserve the chaise lounge, even our security check this matter early morning but still some guests like to reserve the chairs on the first line.
