Dear Christian, Thank you for sharing your recent experience at the Golden Bay; guest feedback is greatly valued as it allows us to improve our services and overall product, enhancing in turn the guest experience. The team and I are extremely glad that you found the beach location and fitness facilities to your liking but rather saddened to read that your overall experience was not fully up to expectation. Although I believe you have been quite harsh in your judgement about "To Petrino" restaurant and the Animation team, your point of view is appreciated and respected. Do however allow me to clarify that our Animators are fluent in 6 languages: English, Greek, German, Russian, Hungarian as well as Serbian and considering that we have had excellent feedback from local and international guests alike in regards to the Animation staff's instruction during activities, I am somewhat surprised to receive such remarks. Non the less, I assure you it is never our intention to cause any disappointment, and so your concerns have been noted by the management who will examine them.
