We would like to clarify that our website mentions the hotel is separated from the beach by a small coastal road, and a security team member is always available to assist guests in crossing safely. In addition, as Belle Mare Beach is a public beach, it is not equipped with showers. Regarding the drink selection, we offer a range of local beverages, including water, beer, tea, coffee, soft drinks, table wine, and spirits bottled in Mauritius. We regret that this fell short of your expectations and wish you had shared your concerns during your stay.
