Bei Ankunft Unterbringung im Nebenhaus "Villa" -ca. 250 m entfernt. Statt Villa sollte man dazu Bungalow sagen. Hatten Zi. Nr. 45 im EG. Nach Oeffnen der Tür stand man in einem engen, dunklen Raum ohne ein Fenster! Eine sofortige telefonische Reklamation bei dem Vertreter von v-tours in Olbia hatte keinen Erfolg. Antwort: Sie haben ein DZ gebucht und dies auch bekommen. Eine Frechheit, für ein gebuchtes 4*-Hotel und den gezahlten Preis .Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption bemühten sich, uns am 3.Tag ein anderes Zimmer im Haupthaus bereit zu stellen, was sehr schön war. Gastronomie entspricht in keiner Weise einem 4*-Hotel.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your time in writing your review and for thanking us in finding a solution for you and your friend. On your departure day you complimented us about the service, location, and the staff. The distance between the main building to the Villa is 100 meters and not 250 meters. This has been measured by a professional Quantity Surveyor. Room 45 and we have pictures to prove it has one window and two doors with private access to garden from two side of the Room, therefore the lights come from various directions. All the furniture is new. The Room has two garden space with private sunbeds, umbrella, table and chairs. Therefore many plus in a standard room. We, thought that the issue for you was the walking distance even if very short only few minutes. Therefore we did our best to please you and change your room in the Main Building, which we did on the third day as we were fully booked when you arrived. Our Restaurant is rated with Michelin stars, our Menu changes every day, everything is express and fresh with a choice between three first main courses ( Ex: pasta of rice with meat or fish and a Vegetarian dish) a choice between three Second Main Courses ( Ex: Fish, Meat and a Veggy Option) a side dish and Dessert.
