We have some owners and the create Residencial El Llano to do a businnes first. Concerning the balcony reservation, like you, we have a lot of repeater guests and many previous special requests, like yours. We try to do our best but always depend on the availability at our disposal. We have 2 floor and 25 apartments in ground floor and 25 in 1 floor.
