Keine hochwertige Gastronomie, kein eigener Sandstrand, Zimmer, Bad u. Mussten absolute Abstriche machen.

Dear Christian, Thank you for taking time to share your recent experience at Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel. I have read the overall review with great attention and I am sorry that the resort did not rise to your expectations. I would have appreciated to receive your comments on food during your stay with us as our Chef would have been so pleased to cater tailor-made dishes for you. I sincerely apologise for the cleanliness of the glass, this definitely does not reflect our usual standards. Kindly note that our team members have been briefed and I am personally following up with this issue. Concerning the hotel taxis, we have shared your comments with them. Please note that the taxis are not related to our hotel, they are part of the Association of Mauritian taxis. I do hope to welcome you again and hence to have the opportunity to deliver the wonderful experience usually offered to all our guests. Warm regards, Ashok Bhugoo General Manager
