Thank you for your feedback, Mr. Roby. We regret that your stay with us has not met your expectations. We respect and appreciate your opinion, but let us disagree with all your statements. The open air fitness in garden may not feature the most contemporary equipment, but cleanliness (including in-room), delicious weekly menu featuring variety of dishes and engaging animation program are amongst our strong points that we perform daily at a highest level. The numerous nationalities of our in-house Guests, surely does not make it easier to achieve, therefore we find our Guests’ feedback the key to success. Unfortunately during your stay with us, you never ever reported any of those issues, so we may have had the chance to note and fit your criteria. Kindly note that our well trained staff in contact with hotel Guests speaks at least one foreign language, and approximately half of them speak German.
