Aus DeutschlandHotel mit schönem Blick, teilweise neuwertig, teilweise jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Durch Überbuchung jedoch nicht sehr komfortabel.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, bekamen jedoch nur eines mit Pool-Meerblick(es waren nur Sonnenschirme zu sehen). Nach ein paar Tagen beschwerten wir uns deswegen und bekamen ein anderes Zimmer. Dieses hatte ein sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer, stank jedoch sehr stark nach Zigaretten. Uns wurde als Ersatz wiederum ein Sonnenschirmblick-Zimmer angeboten, worauf wir dort verblieben.
Gutes Essen, Getränke waren nicht sehr vielfälltig und bestanden hauptsächlich aus Konzentraten.

Sehr gute Betreuung der Kinder, für Paare ohne Kind jedoch nicht geeignet. Die Fitnesskurse mit Nikus sind sehr zu empfehlen.

It is wonderful to know that you found our staff great and always friendly, our food good, our fitness classes highly recommended and the view to the sea nice. We always keep our ears open to our guests’ suggestions as they help us to become better and better. Please be assured that all your remarks have already been forwarded to the hotel management for further actions. But please allow me to comment the situation with your room. As far as I am informed the first room you received (375) was a Front Sea View, had a view to the sea but due to the fact that it was located in the down floor it had the small pool area in front and you could see the umbrellas too. As soon as you expressed the wish to change the room you were offered another Front Sea View room (341), which was in an upper floor and whose view to the sea you liked but you told us that you feel a smell of cigarettes. Then you were offered a third Front Sea View room (344), which was also located in an upper floor and had a clear view to the sea with nothing to spoil it in front and you decided to stay there. All three possibilities you were offered met the reservation you had made and had a view to the sea. The only difference between them was the floor on which they were located. Especially the room you finally stayed in had a direct sea view and we find it quite unfair to hear that it had a view to the umbrellas since our small pool area is situated on the left side of that room and not in front of it so the view cannot be hampered by anything.
