Das Hotel soll ein 5 Sterne Hotel in der Landeskategorie sein. Also Deutsche 4 Sterne. Dem kann man überhaupt nicht zu stimmen. Das All Inklusiv Angebot ist ein Witz. Manches Essen war Ok, aber die Getränke ein Desaster! Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, in 10 Tagen wurde nicht einmal gewischt. Das Spa ist recht teuer und die reinste Katastrophe, erholung gleich 0 - die Abendveranstaltungen waren ok, aber auch wirklich nichts tolles oder besonderes.

We are sorry we did not meet your expectations , and actually I did not understand where is your discontentement with the all inclusive offer by saying that it is a joke!!!.. It is a very rich and serious offer that meets the expectations of a large part of our clients as you can see from our ratings and other valuable guests comments. I wish you have asked to meet the management while you were in house to try to make right if something was bothering you or even give you the chance to go to another Mitsis hotel in the region as we have variety of hotels meeting everybody's taste which would have been a pleasure for us to make you happy..
