We spent 11 days in the hotel with our two children. the hotel is very elegant, spacious, beautifully decorated, and most importantly, clean. From the moment we entered, everything went smoothly and efficiently. the employees were nice, polite and helpful at every possible stage of the stay. it is worth mentioning Mrs. Büşra from Guest Relations, very professional, nice and able to arrange everything. Our son's birthday was during our stay and we organized a small surprise for him, ordered a cake, balloons - everything was possible thanks to this lady. great rooms, beautifully decorated, air-conditioned, the ladies cleaned every day, changed towels and refilled the minibar, for my son's birthday they made a special decoration with towels and scattered flowers. The most important aspect of the stay was the animations. This group of people made you feel like something was happening at the pool almost all day long, time passed pleasantly in the atmosphere of active relaxation, and thanks to many opportunities to have fun, you could establish contact with other guests and hotel employees. I must mention the team of Animators who made us definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it further - Aynur from Kidsclub, Reggie, Romeo, Mario - these are people who, with heart and commitment, organized our time from about 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and despite being tired It was hard to get to the room because there was so much going on. We rate our stay 10/10, the hotel met all our requirements.
