We appreciate your criticism ,which supports us in our endeavor to meet the expectations of our guests and it helps us in our striving for perpetual improvements. It’s very unfortunate and we deeply regret that you did not fully enjoy your stay with us. In fact, we would like to point out that all of our personnel in Knossos Beach Bungalows Suites Resort and Spa daily strive to achieve a high level of satisfaction for all of our guests. About your comments about your room, we would like to point that we proposed another room to you, as it wasn't possible to fix the problem with your tv on time, while you were staying there. Finally, you prefered to remain at the same one until the end of your stay. The room you had, it is one of our larger Island Suites and it's newly furnished. Nevertheless, our personnel at the front office always try to accommodate all possible requests promptly, as soon as these are mentioned to them. Concerning the comments about the food, we would like to inform that we always use local and quality products, as it is something that our guests always compliment about. Our buffet has international dishes and daily there are different options of greek traditional dishes for our guests to try. Additionally, we never use margarine. Instead we cook our dishes with extra virgin olive oil and we have daily, at the buffet, butter for our guests. Your opinion is important to us and it will reach the attention of the respective department heads.
