Regarding the issue of the safe, we did our utmost to find a suitable solution for you. However, relocating or reinstalling the safe inside the wardrobe by drilling or securing it further was not possible due to structural limitations, as it may cause damage to the built-in furniture. As an alternative, we proposed providing an additional safe, as well as offering to enhance the storage options in your room, such as: - Adding extra shelving - Adding additional clothes-hanging space - Providing a table or other storage furniture We understand that you found the available space in the room insufficient for adding more furniture. With regard to cleanliness, we sincerely apologize that we were unable to meet your expectations. Please be assured that we have strictly reminded and reinforced instructions to our housekeeping team to ensure that the cleanliness of both the room and the balcony is maintained at a higher standard.
