Bei Ankunft sind wir gleich zum Abendessen, Speisesaal war überfüllt und wir mussten in einer Schlange warten bis ein Tisch frei war. Zimmer weit bergaufwärts in einen Nebengebäude vom Hotel. Nur eine Steckdose, Schrank hätte ich schon längst zum Sperrmüll gebracht, kein richtiges Bett sondern Bettcouch, schwache Toilettenspülung und Klimaanlage bläst ins Bett rein. Zimmer sehr sauber aber dunkel. Wir sind nach 2 Tagen abgereist.

Guests’ opinions are very important to improve quality and efficiency of our services. We’re sorry you weren’t totally satisfied with your stay, nevertheless we are able to reply to your concerns. Our restaurant service is perfectly fit for the amount of guests in the hotel. It may happen, however, during high season, a very little waiting time – no more than 5 minutes. The Hotel Royal Village is a very peculiar property, spread into many buildings and Villas on the hills above Limone. You were in one of the Villas, with very comfortable rooms, all of them equipped with a balcony with breathtaking view as well. If you had told the reception staff about the malfunctioning in the room, we surely have fixed that. Instead, you decided to go. Hoping to see you again at Hotel Royal Village or in one another of our over 30 properties all over Italy. Best regards.
