Nachhaltig enttaeuscht hat uns der unnötige CHECKOUT fuer eine Nacht und die vehemente Nichterreichbarkeit des Reisefuehrers vor Ort. Der Pool kippte- wurde aber NICHT gesperrt und war fuer 2 Tage unter hohem Krankheitsrisiko nutzbar!

Dear Michael, Many thanks for finding time to post a review of your holiday with us. We would like to thank you for choosing the Papillon + Ngutuni overnight safari offer. All our agents are aware and do inform clients of all the booking conditions. One of the conditions of the package is that guests must vacate their rooms at Papillon for the night of safari. They can leave their main luggage at the hotel and get a room of the same category on return from safari. In the event the hotel is not very busy, guests can keep their room by paying a minimal fee to cover County Government room occupancy bed levy and other taxes. On arrival at the hotel, clients are advised of the safari date – given their safari itinerary stating “You will be VACATING your room at Papillon while on safari”. Our pool attendants are trained to ensure water balance in the pool for safe and enjoyable customer experience. Pool is regularly tested for proper chemical balance -pH and chlorine levels correct. Pollen got into the open air overflowing the pool by wind. Pollen is completely harmless and has no ill effects on human body. That is why many guests were using the pool as we tried to get rid of the problem and never had any illness. We regret to note that you did not meet your tour representative at the hotel. Hotel has Tour Representative desk located near reception lobby with all tour agents’ information boards. The information boards contain Tour Reps hotel visiting times and emergency telephone contacts.
