Dear Uwe, Thank you for finding time to post a review of your holiday at our property. We use our guest’s feedbacks in a positive way to help to improve the experience we offer our customers. We are pleased you found the food was varied and in order. We will look into the décor which you found a bit old to make some improvements. Beaches in Kenya are public. We have G4S guards patrolling the beach boundaries of the hotel 24 hours a day. However, many guests actually court beach vendors and obviously encourage them to further tout for business. The hotel normally calls Tourist Police whenever a client raises complaint of beach harassment. We have taken your comments positively in a manner to improve the experience we offer our guests and looking forward to welcome you again to sample the experience.
