Eine Hotelanlage mit Flair und Gemütlichkeit. Der Service ist super und alles sehr sauber. Die Poolbar war oft mit nur einem Kellner besetzt, das ist einfach zu wenig. Die Getränkeversorgung muss verbessert werden wie z.B. ein Getränkeautomat oben. Essen war lecker und frisch gemacht, die Auswahl könnte besser sein. Am Abreisetag wollte ich die Zusatzleistungen im Hotel mit der Visakarte bezahlen, dass war nicht möglich :(. Habe ich so noch nie erlebt. Das sollte den Hotelgästen vor Abreise mitgeteilt werden. Ende März wurde das Hotel immer voller mit Jugendlichen. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert und wir kommen wieder.

We always strive for high customer satisfaction which can only be achieved with the help of your input and the feedback from all our guests. We are pleased you found the service to be great and everything clean. Majority of our customers appreciate the service of the Barman and his assistant at the Pool bar however we will look into ways of improving the service at the bar. At times we experience problems with beverage supplies with two majors companies having the monopoly - Kenya Breweries and Coca Cola Company. Since we value our customers, we normally arrange to have enough bottled beers/soft drinks when we cannot get machine dispensed drinks. I am surprised that you could not pay your bill with visa card as we accept Visa/Master card for payments. We have taken your comments positively in a manner to improve the experience we offer our guests and looking forward to welcome you again to sample the experience.
