Dear Mr Carsten, We apologize if the stay was not as you had imagined, because of the children you met in the hotel. Our hotel is a business, but also a leisure one, so sometimes it may happen to meet families as well as groups in general. If the experience with a school trip had created a discomfort to our guests, now we would not have approved other accommodation for them in our hotel. A group’s dinner in the Restaurant is always well organized by the Staff and concluded in just one hour. Being the Restaurant open for 4 hours, people are able to avoid the group, eating before or after the group, or comfortably in the room. High speed internet service is available 24 hours a day on charge: the comfort to connect easily with a little extra cost I believe it is a great value for all guests. Our American Breakfast Buffet is always appreciated by all the guests, coming from a variety of country around the world, because of our carefulness in the service and the quality of the food.
