We travel every year from Canada (Vancouver, BC) to Europe and spend most of the month in Italy. This year (2010) will be our fifth year in a row for staying at Molino di Foci - truly a beautiful small botique hotel (only 12 rooms). It is located in a quite area nestled among the famous Tuscany hills and is within a mere 50 minute walk along the country side to San Gimgnano's town centre. The hosts, Heidi and Luca and the rest of the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly and the dinners that are served three times a week are a wonderful Tuscan experience, not to me missed. After two weeks of sterneous hiking in Northern Italy during our annual trips, we have come to enjoy relaxing at this jewel of a hotel and savor the spleded hospitality offered by its hosts.
