Aus DeutschlandDie Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Leider ist das Hotelpersonal nicht auf Probleme eingegangen, z. B. hat der Fernseher nicht funktioniert und kein Angestellter konnte das Problem lösen. Am letzten Tag stand das Zimmer am Morgen unter Wasser. Der Grund war mir nicht klar. Es hatte ueber Nacht geregnet und die Klimaanlage hatte ich erstmals abgeschaltet. Der Bitte nach frühzeitiger Reinigung wurde nicht nachgekommen. Gerade für alte Menschen oder Familien kann so etwas äußert problematisch sein.
