Dear guest, First of all, we want to thank you for having a moment to share your sincere opinion with us. We regret that we have not been able to live up to your expectations and that you have not felt satisfied with any aspect of our hotel. We are saddened to know that you have not enjoyed your visit, but we are positive and we will take your comments as suggestions to be able to improve as much as possible. We will be more careful with the cleaning and notify the maintenance staff to re-commission the elevators. With respect to the dress for dinner, we have a set of rules of etiquette and we try to enforce them. But we understand that many times the temperatures are high and the heat forces us to wear a little cooler clothes. However, if we observe any vulgar or out-of-standards attire, we will let that guest know and kindly ask him to change his clothes.
