Thanks for staying with us. We really appreciate the time you took on writing this comment. We are happy that the breakfast was at your liking. Our staff does always their best and more to accomplish our guest’s expectations, as you can see in other comments. If not all staff speaks German, we have various Receptionist and Restaurants team members that can perfectly understand and speak German. Also the Hotel Controller, Mr. Garcia, is always available to talk with our German guests as he has a full domain of the language. In the other side, the 85% of the staff if not more, speaks and understand English. About the rooms, we are always ready to meet our guest’s expectations as you saw. We were not calm until you had a room at your liking. Finally as for the maintenance defects you mention it would be really helpful if you send us an email with more details so we can check on those issues and solve them ASAP. We regret that you had this first bad impression and we hope to have a second chance. We assure you that you will fill welcomed and comfortable with our staff and service.
