Das Hotel ist alt und unscheinbar und mehr etwas für einen Tagesaufenthalt. Der Besitzer scheint kein Geld mehr in das Hotel stecken zu wollen. Der Fahrstuhl ist renovierungsbedürftig und gerade für 3 Personen. Das Frühstück gibt es im Hotel gegenüber. Die Gästestruktur Russen, Tschechen, Polen, wenig deutsch und englisch. Keine Ketten. nur für Kurztripps ohne große Ansprüche geeignet
Mittelgroß mit Balkon die einen Blick auf die kleine Bucht bieten. Klimaanlage (kostenpflichtig), TV kann man nur mit erworbener Fernbedienung einschalten und ist kostenpflichtig dazu nur 8 Programme (3 deutsch). Weder Minibar noch sonstige Elektrogeräte aber Safe (kostenpflichtig). Zustand angeblich renoviert aber auf Zustand wie 1999.
Bar vorhanden, der Nachtportier sprach mehrere Sprachen auch deutsch, ein wenig russisch, französich, englisch, italienisch. Frühstück im Hotel gegenüber, das wohl dem gleichen Besitzer gehört.
Wechselndes Personal einige freundlich andere eher nicht freundlich englisch/spanisch. Der Nachtportier war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und vielsprachig. Alle anderen eher muffelig. Sogar ein Nachtbesuch eines Angestellten mit Generalschlüssel war im Programm (Nicht der Nachtportier!). Alles was angenehm ist kostet extra: für TV (8Programme 3 deutsch), für Fernbedienung Kaution. Für Klimaanlage, für Safe.
Nahe am Flughafen (Taxi 10Min.), in der Nähe des Playa de Palma Hafens am Balearo 15+. Zum Strand ist man in einer Minute und eine Bushaltestelle zum Airport und zu den anderen Balearos ist direkt vorm Haus. Baleraro 6 ist ca. 3 km entfernt und Balearo 1 ca. 4,2 km. Hin mit dem Bus kein Problem, zurück ist eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß einzuplanen.

Der Pool ist klein die Liegen dreckig oder defekt. Der direkt daneben angrenzende (Burger King (R)) Schornstein verbreitet seinen Duft über die Balkone.

Dear Rolf : Unfortunatelly I have to say yo that I don´t like the terms of your coments . My name is Andreu , and I,m part owner of this simply family HOtel of 2 stars at fiirst line of the beach of Playa de Palma in Can Pastilla . Every year we dedicate an amount to renovation but we are not rich and of course we are not a 4 or 5 star Hotel . Elevator passed the strictly revisions of the european and spanish security laws , so be quiet that is secure , and internal changes are being done this winter . Of course if elevator is for 3 persons is not allowed to go 4 inside . ( reasonable ) Breakfast is served in our sister Hotel Gala 3 stars just in front as you know from the description in the web and also brochures , so i think you know this . And for TV we have 3 german channel . If you book direck you don´t have to pay extra for Tv or air conditioning , and safety deposit box has a caution to be paid always for the insurance . Sometimes travel agencies pays teh minimun and make therest extra , but everytime you know what you pay each time . I schould not have any surprise to you if you know what you buy and conditions . I thanks you your comments , they help us to improve our service in this international hotel . We don´t have an olimpic swimming pool but we cannot say that is small one , and we have a large terrace . Rooms are 15 m2 and the sea view rooms are recomended . This HOtel has an excellent location and a better value for money for a beach holidays , if you look forward a resort with animations , noises and all inclusive this is not your product . And sure we take care about the constant renovation of the hotel . Yes we don´t have fridge , but we will probably put in some rooms fro next year . Sincerely Andreu LLabres
