Das Hotel im allgemeinen ist sehr schön und die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend. Es hat einen super Strand. Leider sind die Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (wir hatten schon ein besseres im 4 Sterne Hotel). Leider ruht sich das Hotel schön auf Corona aus. Ich weis nicht was es soll die Zimmer nur noch aller 2 Tage sauber zu machen und Handtücher aller 4 Tage zu wechseln aber im Gegenzug die Handtücher am Strand in Folie einzuschweißen.
Sauber ja aber sehr abgewohnt.
Wegen Corona ein begrenzes Angebot am Buffet. Und auch beim Früstück dauerten die Bestellung für Getränke sehr lange.

We are happy to read that you have enjoyed the beachfront location of our resort, the room cleanliness and last and foremost that our staff was service oriented. We would like to express our sincere apologies for not clarifying enough the COVID 19 adjusted protocols which affect the offered services and limit our staff presence in guest rooms. At this point, we would like to inform you that different housekeeping service options were available upon request and guest’s consent ranging from daily to no service at all. Moreover, in these unprecedented conditions we are experiencing in recent months, we had to temporarily adjust our operational procedures and strengthen the health and safety standards (eg. individually wrapped beach towels), following the guidelines of the Global & National Public Health Organizations in order to ensure health and safety of our dear guests, colleagues and associates. Additionally, I would like to mention that by returning to normality will allow us to readjust our services and operational procedures.
