Das Hotel war sehr sauber, alles ordentlich, alle dort total freundlich. Die Liegen am Strand wurden jeden Tag desinfiziert , die Handtücher dazu in Folie eingeschweißt ( was wir im Bezug zum Umweltschutz echt doof fanden).Der Strand war sehr sauber, und es gab sogar einen Liveguard. Als besonderen Service konnte man auf der Liege am Strand Softdrinks und Snacks ordern.

Der Zustand des Bungalows war sauber, gut in Schuss/renoviert, aber nicht neuwertig.
- GeschmackSehr gut
Die Verpflegung war in Buffetform, und super lecker. Wir haben in den 2 Wochen alle ordentlich Gewicht zugelegt :-))
Das Personal war super freundlich und nur englischsprachig, was wir aber gut fanden. Der Reinigungsservice war nur alle 2 Tage, das ist aber OK.Dafür war das Reinigungsteam äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Your valuable feedback is highly appreciated and we were excited to read that you enjoyed our Resort, its favorable beachfront location but most importantly the kind words which express your enthusiasm as well as your appreciation for the friendly and accommodating attitude of our team. At this point, I would like to note that, in these unprecedented times, we had to temporarily adjust our operational procedures and strengthen the health and safety standards (eg. individually wrapped beach towels), following WHO, EU and Greek state’s guidelines aiming at containing the spread of the coronavirus. I would also like to add that, the COVID 19 protocols affect the offered services and limit our staff presence in guest rooms. Additionally, we would like to inform you that different housekeeping service options were available upon request and guest’s consent ranging from daily to no service at all.It goes without saying that when vaccinations start and we all get back to our normal lives, we will reinstate all our services and operations to the usual high standard offerings Grecotel is so well known for. Once again, we would like to thank you for your kind words which empower us not only to carry on accomplishing our goals but to go far beyond.
