We have read very carefully the comments you posted, which we are grateful for you taking the time to evaluate the overall services of the hotel. In your observation you noted that the food and beverages were up to your expectation. However, you did expressed dissatisfaction with the activities provided during your stay. While this area of the services is considered to be very subjective, we are always in agreement that the activities can always improve and for this reason we always welcome the observations that our patrons provides in this regard. In the evening, we have the performance of local artist and dance groups, and guest participation (like karaoke). All in all, the hundreds of thousands of clients that have visited us over the years have evaluated us favorably. We sincerely hope that you consider returning to the hotel so you may witness some of the changes that continuously take place at our hotel, especially regarding our entertainment services.
