Kinderfreundliches,sauberes Hotel in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Personal ist freundlich.Gutes Essen gibt es leider nicht !
Also unser Zimmer war echt sauber und eigentlich auch ausreichend groß ,auch mit Kind!
Was echt richtig schlecht war,war das Essen. Von dem waren wir echt enttäuscht und sind niemals 4 Sterne.Es gibt irgendwie jeden Tag fast dasselbe und es schmeckt irgendwie auch alles nach dem gleichen Gewürz,und alles ersäuft im fett, die Spaghetti sind Tod gekocht Zutaten sind mega billig,kaum Meeresfrüchte und wenns welche gibt, ist das eher der Beifang! O Saft oder ähnliches zum Frühstück,Fehlanzeige,nur gegen Bezahlung ! Hygiene,meiner Meinung nach teilweise grenzwertig, Getränke,gerade die Cocktails ist echt nur Fusel,Bier schmeckt zwar aber ,viel Alkohol ist da nicht drin! Wir sind nicht verhungert und mein Sohn war trotzdem glücklich (1 Woche pommes,Eis,Pfannkuchen) .
Service war ok,ganz besonders die Putzfrauen waren Mega freundlich!Was mich genervt ist das w-lan (14€) und die Badehandtüchee (7€)extra bezahlen muss,was sonst heutzutage dabei sein müsste gerade bei all inclusive
Das Hotel liegt gleich am Strand der eigentlich auch sauber ist! Was ein bisschen fehlt ist eine Strandpromenade wo man bummeln kann oder auch mal was trinken kann! Das geht Eher in der nächsten Stadt Rethymo ca 4 Kilometer weit weg,ist zu Fuß fast zu weit mit Kind

Dear Andreas , We would like to thank you for taking the time to comment Dimitrios Village Beach Resort on Holidaycheck. We were so sorry to read that you were not satisfied with the all inclusive buffets. And we wonder why since all our guests write on comments that they are really happy with the food and the variety there is. Every day the chef and his team prepare many traditional greek but also international dishes, so everybody can find something to eat. Every day there is fish, cooked or grilled, it depends on the day. We actually have comments such as: too many fish...We apologize if our buffets didn't match to your taste. Every hotel has its own rules about what all inclusive is. Nowhere in our brochures or internet site we say that wifi or sunbeds is for free. In that case, you must become an Ultra All Inclusive guest, in which you pay extra in reception and you get a different color bracelet.We feel sorry that you were not correctly informed. From our hotel, with only 5 minutes walk you can find the end or the beginning of the beach road (prominade), in which will take you to the Rethymno center, if you like to walk it (with kids or not). We agree with the comment that of course it would take much longer if you have kids, especially in young ages. But this doesn't make it less beautiful to be able to walk all the way to city centrum. In all this street there are many cafes, bars, restaurants if somebody wants to have a drink or something to eat. However, we want to thank you for all your positive comments about the hotel location and the friendly service from all our hotel staff. You must know that your opinion is very important to us and we appreciate all the effort you took to write all those comments.
