Das Hotel in einer engen Straße. Nicht sehr einladend. So auch der erste Eindruck vom Zimmer. Ziemlich alte Einrichtung.
Alte abgewohnte Möbel. Der Ausblick war auch nicht berauschend. Das Badfenster ließ sich gar nicht öffnen. Jedes Extra wie WLAN, Strandtücher nur gegen Bezahlung. Entspricht keinen 4-Sterne-Standard mehr.
Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Würde immer wieder neu aufgefüllt.
Sehr sauber. Das Personal im Essensbereich war immer auf Zack.
1,5 h Anfahrt zum Hotel. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gab es nichts sehenswertes. Direkte Strandlage.

Dear Sylvia, We were really sorry to read that you didn't enjoy your staying with us. About the narrow street. Dimitrios Village Beach Resort has a direct access to the beach. And that is why the hotel entrance is about 150 m. from the main road. But that is also why it is always very quiet with us and most important, as a family hotel, very safe for children. Every year, parts of our hotel are being renovated. Till now, the reception, the restaurant, and some of our rooms have been renovated. Not all. We are sorry that by the time of your stay it was not possible to stay in a renovated room. Our hotel has 3 swimming pools. One indoors, one outside and one at the front -only for children and with a octopus slide. They are small because we have the sea at the front. And by the beach there are plenty of sunbeds. About the window in the room. Did you mention it to reception? We would have send our hotel technician to check it immediately. The All Inclusive program is different from hotel to hotel. In our hotel you must become an Ultra All Inclusive guest to have everything included. Then you also get a different color bracelet. On the other hand, we would like to thank you for your positive comments for our restaurant's All Inclusive buffets and for the service from our hotel staff.
