Dear Christina, We would like to thank you for taking the time to review Dimitrios Village Beach Resort on Holidaycheck. We were really sorry to read that you were not satisfied staying with us.... So far, we have mostly compliments about the hotel all inclusive buffets and the cleanliness of our hotel (rooms and surrounding area), so we were very disappointed to read such comments. But your opinion counts as well to us, because this is the only way that we improve our services. About the plastic on the beach and restaurant area we would like to say that there is no more plastic, as we changed to other glasses, plates, etc. so there would be no more plastic litter in our hotel. About the nails on the wooden dock, thank you very much for helping, but why didn't you report to reception? We would have send the hotel technician to see what it was and immediately repair. If the guests don't say to us what the problem is, then, we don't know it either.... About the all inclusive program and what it involves, they are different in every hotel. In our hotel, if you check to any internet site or brochure, nowhere we say that sunbeds are free. They belong to the Municipality of Rethymno city and everybody must pay. Closing we will say that we feel really sad that you didn't have the chance to enjoy your holidays like our other guests, and we really hope that you will overlook all the inconveniences and come back to us in the near future! Best regards, Katherina, reception
