Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und das Essen ist sehr gut und das Personal im allgemeinen auch freundlich. Hinweis! Die große negativ Punkte sind: das internet ist nicht kostenlos (teuer), strandliegen sind auch nicht inklusive (teuer), Strandhandtücher kosten auch extra (teuer), die Getränke sind nur bis 22 Uhr inklusive.
Zimmer sind sehr ungemütlich und haben immer eine sehr alte Küche bzw. Einrichtung, die nicht so sein müsste. Nicht mal ein Bild an der wann, usw.
Das Essen war sehr gut und war vielseitig bzw. abwechslungsreich. Sehr Sauber und alles frisch zubereitet. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Personal ist an sich sehr freundlich. Große negativpunkte sind: kein kostenloses internet (teuer), Liegen am Strand sind auch extra zu bezahlen (teuer), Handtürscher für den strand kosten auch extra (teuer).
Hotel liegt direkt am Stand und bis zu der Innenstadt fährt man mit dem Bus ca. 10 min.

Dear Robby, Thank you so much for taking the time to review Dimitrios Village Beach Resort on Holidaycheck. Every hotel has different rules of what All Inclusive is or not. About paying extra for sun beds, that is because they belong to the Municipality of Rethymno city. About not free internet. There is a computer corner by the reception area which is free for all our guests to use as long as they like. About the beach towels, it is only 1 euro per day and with the option of changing to clean one every 3rd day. The deposit of 10 euros you get back when you return the towels. Did you look to the mini market or any other tourist shop? Maybe you could find a towel to buy... In our hotel there is the option of becoming Ultra All Inclusive. You can pay by reception 140 euros for 1 week for 2 persons. Then, you have a different color bracelet. By the bar you can drink all inclusive till the bar is closed and you have the beach towels, the sunbeds, the safe, the wifi (for children is extra -free). Every year, parts of the hotel are being renovated. We hope that the room you were is going to be renovated soon!
