Dieses Hotel ist ziemlich überbewertet... die meisten Zimmer sind recht alt und einfach gehalten. Unser erstes Zimmer war unzumutbar – normalerweise werden Animateure so abgespeist... keine Gäste. Die Anlage selbst ist okay... das Buffet ausreichend aber wenig originell und ohne Highlights... Service wird eher klein geschrieben. Der Strand ist zwar direkt vor der Tür... aber leider steinig und oft rau – an manchen Tagen kaum für Kinder geeignet. 4 Sterne sind gefühlt einer zu viel. Aber trotz allem kann man hier durchaus Urlaub machen – sollte sich aber nicht zu viel versprechen.

We were unhappy to read that you didn't like your stay with us. Usually our guests are very happy with the room and the all inclusive buffets. We are sorry that you didn't feel the same way. About the stones at the beach. We try to remove the stones but every time there are big waves (stormy and windy weather), new stones come out from inside the sea. Crete is an island and it is very often that is windy with very strong waves. There is nothing we can do for this natural event.....
