wunderschöne,sehr geoflegte Anlage, diverse sehr gute Restaurants, hervorragendes Srrvice, schöne Poolanlagen, nettee Strand Jetzt zu Corona Zeiten gut ausgelastet, wenn es wurklich ausgebucht wäre, dann wäre es am Strand sicher zu eng. Der Ort Chersonisod schlimm, nicht empfehlenswert. Die Gäste entsprechen leider mit ihrem Benehmen nicht einem 5 Strerne Niveau, das ist echt schade. Fas mag viellieicht am all- inclusive liegen, viele beginnen bereits am Vormittag zu trinken und vergessen respektvolles Benehmen. Das Liegen rerservieren, bereits scjon abends ist absolut niveaulos und leider hat das Personal nicht hinreicjend dagegen gewirkt. Schade!!

Mwhrere Restaurants auf der Anlage, sehr gute Auswahl!! Das Essen im Phitos super lecker, nur leider war die Hauotspeise 2x eteas kalt und das haben ajch andere Gäste bestätigt.
Klasse, sehr zuvirkommend, suoer freundlich!! Wirklich toll !Frühstück im Almyra, Maria und Sophia einfach nur sympathische und tollle Mutarbeiterinnen. Danke, da macht fröhstpcken Spass
!Am Ortsrand von Chersonisos, einem nicht einladenden Touristenort..Auf der anderen Seite des Hitels gabs dann noch kleine Buchten u nette niveauvolle Lokale

As it concerns Hersonissos, let us explain that apart from the main tourist destinations of Limenas Hersonissou (Port of Hersonissos), it consists of several small villages and the Old Hersonissos. These villages are Koutouloufari, Piscopiano, Anissaras, Potamies, Avdou, Gonies and Kera. Hope you had contacted our Guest Service team so we could have advised you accordingly. Concerning the food temperature, please kindly be informed that all our restaurants follow a standard procedure with the temperature of all dishes. Nevertheless, in case a guest prefers a different temperature on his dish he may contact the restaurants’ staff and it will be happy to assist. As it regards the sunbeds’ reservation, please allow us to explain that we urge our guests not to reserve sunbeds and we do our best so to impose this rule.
