Die Größe des Resorts ist schon beindruckend, man entdeckt jeden Tag neue Ausblicke. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis für 5* ist im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Hotels, wie z.Bsp. in den Emiraten, nicht ganz überzeugend. Es fehlen vor allem beim Frühstück diverse Obstsorten, wie Ananas, Bananen, Kiwi, Mango, Papaya usw., eigentlich wurden nur Melone und Weintrauben angeboten. Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Allinklusive Angebot zufriedenstellend. Die Zimmer werden als Deluxe benannt, da hatten wir im 4* Segment (Kanaren und Balearen) auch schon mehr Komfort erlebt. Der Strand ist für die Größe des Resorts relativ klein und z.T. steinig, kein Vergleich mit der Playa de Alcudia. (Mallorca)

As concerns your comment about the fruits, kindly be informed that in the context of our sustainable operation, all fruits and vegetables are supplied from local producers that are well known for their quality products. Thus, the variety of the fruits we offer in all our restaurants, depends on the season. We hope you had mentioned your dissatisfaction to our staff so we could have tried satisfying any particular need of yours. Regarding your comment about the room, please be kindly informed that we perform, almost each winter, partial renovations, and refurbishments of our resort, in order to offer even better holidays’ experience year after year. From 2019 season, all our rooms are renovated, thus, we assume that your comment concerns its decoration and style, which probably was misunderstood, as Creta Maris is built according to the Aegean Architecture and the design style of all our rooms is contemporary. Moreover, let us explain that especially for this season, and in compliance with all the additional health and safety protocols we have established, all decorative items (pillows,etc) and printed materials have been removed from the rooms. Furthermore, please allow us to mention that the beach in front of Creta Maris is 350m long and is awarded with the voluntary eco-label Blue Flag and is also certified as a Sustainable Beach of the Mediterranean by Costa Nostrum - Sustainable Beaches program. It mainly consists of sand (250m. sandy and 100m. pebbles), while there is a smooth entrance to the water mainly on the left side of the beach, near Almyra restaurant.
