At the same time, we would like to comment that during the period of your stay, we had more than 600 guests in-house and the guest satisfaction rate with our food was high. We received many positive comments about food, not only at the main restaurant, but also at the Ala Carte restaurants. As for music, we play it only at the main pool and a speaker is only at the main pool bar. We don’t play loud music, do not make guests feel uncomfortable with the sound level, and we reduce the sound at the lunch time, especially if we have many children in-house. For those who prefer to stay in a quite area, we have an adult only pool and bar. One more time, please accept our sincere apologies.
