Personal freundlich, Zimmer sauber jedoch ohne ausreichende Ablagemöglichkeiten (keine Haken für Kleider und Handtücher). Zimmerservice 1a (täglich saubere Bettbezüge und Handtücher), Safe nur gegen Gebühr (1 Wo. 12 €), Preise für Getränke OK, Nationalgetränk Retzina wird nicht angeboten, Buffet reichhaltig jedoch nur Hausmannskost-Qualität, Salatbuffet rechlich. Publikum ca. 80% Russen ohne Esskultur, Personal sehr bemüht die Tische sauber zu halten, Speisesaal für die Anzahl der Gäste zu den Essenszeiten zu klein. Strand ungepflegt, viele Plastikabfälle, Abfallkörbe nicht entleert, kein WC, Straße zwischen Strand und Hotel sehr stark befahren und laut. Am Hotelpool jeweils nur 1 WC für Damen u. Herren mit von Innen nicht versperrbaren Türen. Keine Poolaufsicht die die Einhaltung der Badeordnung überwacht.

Dear Guest we have gone through your review very carefully and we would like to thank you for taking your time to write about your impression about the hotel. Please allow us to make the following comments : 1) the russians are never more than the 40%. It is pitty to use emotional factors to describe real situations 2) the hotel restaurant has 64 tables / 256 seats and in June we have had in total up to 320 guests (some of them on bed & breakfast basis only). There is not a hotel in this world that has exactly the same tables as the number of the guests. In case you travel more often, for sure you have mentioned this. 3) Our natinal drinks such as Retsina and ouzo are available in the hotel. You probably mean that it is not available at no extra cost. To our great regret, we cannot offer bottled drinks in price of all inclusive formula. 4) unfortunately we do not have any authority in the beach, therefore often ( depends upon the wind ) sometimes we face problems with the facilities there we would like though to ensure you that we took in serious consideration your remarks and we will do our best to improve further our hotel with kind regards GEORGE MORAITIS HOTEL MANAGER
