Dear Gerd, Although we sincerely regret your disappointment with your stay in our Barceló Raval, we would like to thank you for sharing your comments as it will help us to identify areas of concern and act immediately so as to enhance our future guests' experience among us. We regret that you did not like that our rooms do not have a balcony, also because you could find in HolidayCheck website the photos of our rooms. Regarding the windows, I would like to inform you that we can open for you. For a future occasion do not hesitate to ask reception of any doubt or information that you could need. We also lament that you did not enjoy our pool in our 360º rooftop bar, where you could explore all Barcelona from there. For the other hand, we are happy that you liked our central location, only five minutes walking from Las Ramblas and ten minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya or the Gothic quarter.
