Aus DeutschlandAbgesehen von einigen Gästen der Hotelleitung, deren Verhalten sehr schrecklich waren und gegenüber dem Personal sehr unfreundlich waren, ist die Anlage sehr zentral gelegen. Durch die Überbefüllung des Hotels gab es im Poolbereich fast keine Liegen. Das Abendessen war wegen der Menge an Gästen eine große Herausforderung. Anstatt sich zu Erholen war es eine Tourtour.

We are, however, sorry to learn that your experience was affected by high occupancy during your stay. During peak holiday periods, our hotel can become busier than usual, which may occasionally impact the availability of sun loungers and seating during meal times. Please be assured that our team continuously monitors these areas to ensure fair use and comfort for all guests, and we will review your feedback to further improve organization and flow in the restaurant.
