Das erste mal das ich eine Bewertung abgebe, weil es notwendig und man dieses Hotel nicht buchen sollte!!!!!! Schlimme hygienische, desolate Zustände, Ratten im Aussengelände, tote sowie lebende an den unzähligen, sichtbaren schon ewig stehen Boxen überall im Gelände :-(!!! Dass Personal total überfordert, bei den Massen an Gästen... Zimmer werden selten geputzt, Handtücherwechsel, nur auf Anfrage und dann noch mit Flecken, ekelhaft!! Der Restaurantbereich vom Tisch angefangen bis zum Boden dreckig und schmierig, das Essen nicht appetitlich&schmackhafte angerichtet, es gibt immer das selbe, die Teller/Gläser immer zu wenig und wenn welche zur Verfügung stehen, was soll ich sagen, dreckig&schmierig, null Abwechslung!!!! Aussenanlage teilweise heruntergekommen, sehr ungepflegt die (Grünanlage) alles tot und verbrannt!!! Es stinkt oft, Richtung Zimmer oberhalb der Anlage besonders stark, bald täglich dieser Geruch der (mich an Maggi erinnert)!!! Der eine Pool ok, viel zu laute Musik besonders im Rutschpark, Pool Hotel Carda sehr schön, dieser gehört aber nicht zum Mikri Poli! Morgens um 7 Uhr sind allerdings schon alle Liegen reserviert, an allen Pools!!!!!! Sehr viele, viel zu viele Gäste sind unzufrieden, Chaos vom Check in bis zum Restaurantbereich, überall sind die Wände,Türen, Treppen und Böden schmierig, Mitarbeiter zu wenige um den Massen an Gästen gerecht zu werden!!! Masken werden ignoriert, nur von wenigen Gästen getragen ausser im Restaurantbereich MUSS sich jeder dran halten, teilweise unfreundliche Mitarbeiter besonders eine Dame an der Rezeption!! Personal Service-Restaurant /Bar arbeitet gefühlt rund um die Uhr, zu jeder Tageszeit dasselbe Personal, wie soll man da 100% Service als Gast verlagen, nicht machbar!!!! Der Hotelmanger auf Anfrage zu Hause oder im Meeting, Beschwerden werden ignoriert, die TUI vor Ort, App oder Telefonische Beschwerden, unternimmt auch nichts weiter!!! Waren schon etliche Male in Griechenland aber so etwas haben wir NIE erlebt!!!! Dieses HOTEL NIE WIEDER!!!

    Dear Janine, Thank you so much for taking the time to complete a review following your recent holidays at the AMPKos. We truly appreciate your feedback as it is comments from our valued guests that enable us to improve our services and facilities. In our continuous efforts to enhance our product and our guests’ experience I regret the inconvenience we may have caused you. Although I understand your frustration and disappointment, I was saddened since none of the issues were brought to my attention during your stay. I would like to stress, that should issues get reported whilst in the resort, then we have the chance to correct them and improve your holiday experience. We make a great effort in following up and resolving issues on the spot and felt saddened that this was not brought to my attention during your stay. The Manager is always available with appointment . Additionally I would like to offer some explanations of your comments . Because of the Covid 19 restrictions we were not able to provide the full length of our services . and there were limitations on the availability we were allowed to have sitting in our restaurants and pools .we were obligant to reduce the sitting capacities at 30% , the same with the pools .Regarding the clients use of PPE and all protecting measures against the virus expansion there were signs/banners/pictorials / reminders in all parts of the hotel .The importance of the social responsibility and the clients attention to measures seemed missing .however we continuously made observations to all clients all the times . The restaurant area and floor are always clean prior to opening , however when at a session 1000 clients having their meal probably at the end seemed not very clean . Even the rooms cleaning take place every two days as the Greek Protocol Request . As I have mentioned before this year and the 2020 are not compared with the past as this pandemic is new to everyone and has affrected many business globally . At the end I would like to point out, that some of the photos submitted present a picture which does not mean that reflect the reality , and could be potentially misleading. As an example the toilet which is full of paper , even there is a note to clients not to throw papers in the toilet .is an instant photo at a specific time . Regarding the dead rat do you know that the hotel is having a very extensive programme of pest control and disinfection and follows European and Greek Directives .Thats why we have the pest control stations .(black traps) Additionally is Worth to mention that the hotel is builded in a natural environment with a river crossing it . Regarding the food and the tables it is true when someone finish the meal leaves the table and someone has to collect the plates and clean it . For the clients plastic gloves there are disposable stations in the restaurant . A dirty towel can be easily removed and can be replaced immediately by the HK on request or the table with full of glasses at the reception prior to clients departure were cleaned after their departure . Regarding the Gardens and their watering I would like to inform you that there is a shortage of Water supply this Summer by the Local water company and they are trying to solve it . We are very sorry that we didn’t manage to meet your expectations for all aspects of your holidays, but we hope that you would give us the opportunity to prove you that what you described in your review is not the correct image of our Hotel.
