Pro: Schöne Lage. Sehr nettes Personal (aber zu wenig). Con: Corona Regeln existieren vor Ort nicht, Essen in Bahnhofshalle, viel zu viele Menschen - Hotel überbucht (und das in einer Pandemie…!!!!), zu wenig Liegen und Schattenplätze am Pool, Essenszeiten Restaurant zu knapp und es wird knallhart das Buffet abgebaut - auch wenn noch viele Leute da sind, zu wenig Personl - man muss selbst den Tisch abräumen und Messer sowie Gablen im ganzen Restaurant suchen, überall im Restaurant (Außenbereich) fliegen benutzte Einmalhandschuhe vom Buffet rum und landen auf dem Tisch und sogar im Pool/Meer!!!!, Aussenbereich bei 13 Tagen Urlaub erst ab Tag 6 offen!!!! Und das in Coronazeiten! Haben uns rund um das Thema Essen nicht sicher und wohlgefühlt!!!!

Dear Kerstin , Thank you very much for choosing the A.MPKos for your holidays and for taking the time and effort to post your personal review on Holiday Check . I personally regret that we couldn't meet your personal expectations at a hundred percent during your stay to, however our intention is not only to satisfy all our guests’ expectations but we would like to exceed them. We took into serious consideration all your thoughts and comments during your stay as our goal is the continuously improvement of our services In the meantime please allow us to address some of your mentioned issues . As you are very well aware due to Covid 19 restrictions we were not able to provide the full length of our services and facilities . there were limitations as you already know which have been published in the Atlantica Hotels website and as the Greek protocol and Tui impose us to apply All Restaurants operate with a certain capacity (- 30% of our tables have been removed) The same with the umbrellas in the pool and the beach- area , room cleaning every two day ...etc . There were not such issues in the previous years . So We are working hard in ensuring high standards of H & S for every holiday maker and staff member during the pandemic. Regarding the overcrowd of the restaurant you are mentioned i would like to point out that as a hotel representative we have asked our clients for their cooperation in order to ensure a relaxing breakfast and dinner experience for everybody by the following announcement - The main restaurant “Laurel” in Atla ntica Mikri Poli is open for breakfast from 07.00 – 10.30h and for dinner from 18.30-21.15h. There is a plenty of time for everyone to eat. - The busiest time for breakfast is from 09.00-09.45h and for dinner from 19.30-20.30h. If you are able to, please come before or after these periods. Understanding and cooperation . Regarding the disposable gloves it is worth to mention that the hotel provided disposal bins for the gloves and the masks of the client(ppe) in many corners of the restaurant but it is not the hotel fault when people simply do not follow the simple rules to dispose the gloves .finally the restaurant unit(terrace ) is a brand new venue and open doors during your stay at the hotel .and this is as all health and safery regulation fullfilled that time . We are hoping that thanks to our friendly and very nice staff as you mentioned, there was still some enjoyment gained out of your holiday with us.
