Although we realize we fell short of your expectations We truly appreciate your feedback as it is comments from our valued guests that enable us to improve our services and facilities. In our continuous efforts to enhance our product and our guests’ experience we regret for the inconvenience we may have caused you. We are sorry to read that you felt that cleanliness was not up to standard and would like to offer our apology for any dissatisfaction felt. Our housekeeping team cleans rooms every two days (Government Protocol) and felt sadden for your rating . Concerning the food ,yes indeed is quite busy during meal times but does not mean that the food is a catastrophe and dirty , as we offer daily a very extensive all inclusive programmer . It is worth to mention the pizza house , the sandwich area , the sweets area , the Greek tavern and the different theme nights every night . but probably and this is not good enough for you as you didn’t like anything . Regarding the organization of the sitting in the restaurants we have asked our clients for their cooperation and understanding in order to ensure a relaxing breakfast and dinner experience for everybody by the following announcement - The main restaurant “Laurel” in Atlantica Mikri Poli is open for breakfast from 07.00 – 10.30h and for dinner from 18.30-21.15h. There is a plenty of time for everyone to eat. - The busiest time for breakfast is from 09.00-09.45h and for dinner from 19.30-20.30h. If you are able to, please come before or after these periods. Finally i would like to get the opportunity to remind clients , that should issues get reported whilst in the resort, then we have the chance to correct them and improve your holiday experience. We make a great effort in following up and resolving issues on the spot and felt saddened that this was not brought to our attention during your stay We are hoping that thanks to our friendly and excellent Animation and Entertainment Team as you mentioned, there was still some enjoyment gained out of your holiday with us.
