Andamantra Resort and Villa Phuket

Thank you for staying with us during your holiday in Phuket. Your valuable comments are well received and I am pleased to clarify as follow; 1. From the fact that the location of the resort is on the elevated mountain, many guests feel uncomfortable in walking up and down inside the resort. Therefore we provides shuttle service for our in-house guests which is available 24 hours. The shuttle cars are well maintained continuously and not creating noise disturbance to our guests. However I shall inform our maintenance team to recheck this point to make sure this will not happen to our guests in the future. 2. Our rooms and facilities are maintained continuously to accommodate the guests. Currently we are having small refurbishment of some rooms in Classic wing, Thai restaurant, swimming pool and activity floor in order to keep those in good conditions for servicing our guests. 3. Our location is suitable for guests who are looking for the romantic, peaceful area in Patong beach with nice panoramic seaview, but not too far from beach, shopping and nightlife. Our rooms are considered big and well decorated comparing to many hotels and resorts in the similar category. As the resort is family owned and does not have international brand, we never set our price higher than those hotels. Guests may consider our resort as "Value for Money" and choose to stay at our resort during their holidays. On the other hand, if the guest would like to stay at the center of Patong area with lots of restaurants and entertainment places for the entire day and night, I must admit that our resort may not be the choice of those guests with this purpose.
