Dear Ms Luisa, thank you for your feedback. Even if your review is dated back to some time ago, we want to give you our reply to make you informed about changes and news made during the last years. We really hope to have you again as our Guest to introduce you in person all our services. Meanwhile, we will try to answer regarding the score given. From summer 2018 our kitchen team welcomed the arrival of the new Executive Chef Antonino Salituro who totally revisited the traditional cuisine dishes adding to each one an artistic touch and experience reached during the previous experiences abroad, also working next to high level Chefs. Our Guests, both during Lunch and Dinner, have three options: The first option is a two-course set menu plus dessert, choosing between starter, first dish and main dish – every day we propose a different dish at Euro 35,00 per person. The second option is the à-la-carte menu where you can find vegetarian meals, meat dishes and fresh fish dishes. In addition, we also have a Lounge Bar menu offering a wide choice of fresh and light meals such as salads, sandwiches and so on. Regarding the rooms, all the information about the width for each typology and the plans, in addition to amenities and included services, can be easily found on our website in order to ensure maximum transparency to all our Guests.
