We've stayed in both rooms. The family room with a sea view had two balconies, and both rooms had windows. The family room with a land view overlooked the other blocks and the lobby. The children's room had a window facing the hallway. It was very quiet. We stayed on the upper floors in both cases. Just take a look at my photos.

No, there is no bar in the lobby either. The downstairs bar was open from 10 am to 2 am.
