Aus DeutschlandDie Beschreibung passt nicht zum Erlebnis vor Ort, absolut keine 5 Sterne, auch bei weitem keine 4 Sterne. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und dreckig, es wurde 1 Woche nicht geputzt bei uns. Toilettenpapier und Duschgel gab es nur auf Nachfrage, auch das tägliche Wasser wurde nur sporadisch aufgefüllt. Die Anlage fasst über 800 Gäste, es gibt insgesamt 14 Sonnenschirme, das passt absolut nicht zusammen. Das Essen hat keine gute Qualität, eine gesunde Ernährung fällt hier sehr schwer - bei einem 4-5 Sterne Hotel sollte man zum Frühstück bspw verschiedenes Obst (nicht nur Orangen oder Dosenbirnen/-ananas) oder Nüsse erwarten können.
