Das Hotel ist nur ein 3 Sterne Hotel, obwohl wir ein 4 Sterne Hotel gebucht haben. Kein Sandstrand, obwohl so beschrieben. Das Essen nicht gut und einseitig. Getränke sind rein zuckerhaltig gewesen, nichts zum Durst löschen. Die Zimmer riechen muffig. Die Möbel sind schon sehr alt.

Dear ?eri, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. Our main buffet is catering for a great variety of nationalities, and we are trying to make sure that we have something for everyone. That's why we also have themed dinners like Italian, Mexican & Local nights to create variation. What comes to the drinks, our bartenders are happy to help if you don't like the cocktails on the menu. They are able to make special ones for your taste as well. Our rooms are cleaned 6 times a week and upon every request. According to our logs, we don't have any mentions of a bad smell in the room. We appreciate your feedback, but we hope you could have come to us during your stay and we would have made sure your holiday experience would be better. It's great to hear you enjoyed our entertainment & sports classes, our team members will be happy to hear their activities have been liked.
