Aus DeutschlandDas Hotel lebt hauptsächlich von der tollen Poollandschaft. Das Essen ist wenig abwechslungsreich und für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen. Die Preise für Getränke sind absolut überteuert. Sauberkeit in der Ankage ist gut, die Zimmer werden eher oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Hotelleitung scheint das nicht zu interessieren, da diese Beanstandungen bereits seit einiger Zeit durch andere Reisende beanstandet werden (Google, Holiday-Check). Auch der hoteleigene Strand ist eher ungepflegt, es liegt viel Müll und Seegras herum.
